Donair Sauce - Halifax Style

JN
Donair sauce Halifax style, this is not the Mediterranean recipe, it is quite different and unique. It has a very sweet and tangy flavor which is different than its heavy garlic-tasting cousin. It is the perfect pair for the Halifax Donair, topped with chopped onions and tomatoes.
The sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
